The Elocution Room has designed and delivered voice and communication courses for national and international delivery. We have worked with Matheson, Amazon, Google, Ernst & Young, UCD, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Heineken, Health Service Executive, European Broadcasting Union, RTE, Egyptian Radio & Television, Romanian TV, Romanian Radio and Bulgarian National Radio. Our patrons include startup entrepreneurs; legal, IT, financial services, accounting, academic, marketing and medical professionals. Recent clients have secured positions at Harvard Medical School, Oxford University, Trinity College Dublin and Queens University Belfast. Following a competitive selection process The Elocution Room was selected for the prestigious entrepreneurial development programme New Frontiers Phase 2 to further develop and validate our business proposition. We successfully completed the programme in 2021.

Esther Doorly M.Ed. BA (Hons) PGCE LLAM LGSM
Esther holds a Masters in Education from Trinity College Dublin. She is a graduate of the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. She won a full scholarship from Birmingham City Council for a BA(Hons) in Professional Theatre Studies and a LAMDA Diploma (with Honours) in Speech and Education. In 2017 she was awarded a FETAC Certificate in Legal Studies. Esther has worked as a full-time actress, drama lecturer and elocutionist for over 20 years. She has designed and delivered voice training programmes on behalf of Creative Media Europe in Germany, Portugal and Ireland - to add gravitas and confidence in presentations, with special emphasis on accent enhancement and articulation.
Her career as an actress and voice coach gives her a unique ability to communicate with authenticity and impact.
Dr. Kelly McErlean PhD MA
Kelly is currently enrolled on the Diploma in Legal Studies at The Honorable Society of King's Inns, Dublin. He holds a PhD in Philosophy from National College of Art & Design and an MA in Mass Communications from Leicester University.
He has worked as a commercial director, academic head of department, MA course chair and has a strong track record of entrepreneurial achievements. He has successfully delivered high-level eLearning and onsite programmes for various national broadcasters on behalf of the European Broadcasting Union, Geneva. He has conducted extensive industry-based research, academic writing for degree and MA modules and regularly lectures at various EU Universities and colleges. His film and photographic works have won numerous awards including a Golden Spider Award and a Digital Media Award.
His book Interactive Narratives and Transmedia Storytelling (a Routledge / Focal Press publication) was published in 2018.
