Esther Doorly BA (Hons) PGCE LLAM LGSM
Esther is a graduate of the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. She won a full scholarship from Birmingham City Council for a BA (Hons) in Professional Theatre Studies and a LAMDA Diploma (with Honours) in Speech and Education. In 2017 she was awarded a FETAC Certificate in Legal Studies and is currently completing a Master in Education (M.Ed.) (Drama in Education) at Trinity College Dublin - her dissertation title is 'Critical thinking in Beckett and Brecht - a pedagogical framework for drama in education.' Esther has worked as a full-time actress, drama lecturer and voice coach for both children and adults. She provides elocution and voice training for private and professional clients.
She has designed and delivered voice training programmes on behalf of Creative Media Europe in Germany, Portugal and Ireland - to add gravitas and confidence in presentations, with special emphasis on accent reduction and articulation.
Her career as an actress and voice coach gives her a unique ability to communicate with authenticity and impact.
Dr. Kelly McErlean PhD, MA
Kelly holds a PhD in Visual Culture (National College of Art & Design) and an MA in Mass Communications (Leicester University).
He has successfully delivered high-level eLearning and onsite programmes for various national broadcasters on behalf of the European Broadcasting Union, Geneva. He has conducted extensive industry-based research, academic writing for degree and MA modules and regularly lectures at various EU Universities and colleges.
His book Interactive Narratives and Transmedia Storytelling (a Routledge / Focal Press publication) was released 2018.
